Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason NorCal Candids can not print your pictures to industry standards, we will refund the purchase price of your pictures. All refunds require return of the entire order.
